Modular lighting issue

I decided to construct my mansion modular. I’m currently using dynamic lighting, however I have discovered an issue when I move my camera far enough from the modular meshes:

I see light bleeding through the edges of the meshes when they are stacked up against each other. Is there anything in the settings I can adjust to eliminate this issue?

Silly question, are you sure this is lighting? Do you see the same if you go Unlit mode?

Actually, it turns out it is a texture seam issue. When i scale the UVs down it’s fine, but I don’t want to sacrifice pixel density and seamless display. Is there a way to stop these seams from showing up at a distance? (The seams are not visible when up close)
