Model LOD material assignments re-arranging themselves on version updates.

Anyone else having problems with their models LOD material assignments re-arranging themselves on version updates? The last 2 major updates have done that to a seemingly random set of models in a project i’m working on. It seems quite random too, not the same models on either updates and this time it was a lot more then the last.

I’ve always had a bit of a problem with the LOD generator and its desire to assign whatever material order it feels like on random LOD levels, which would be really nice to fix as well, but this one is particularly troublesome because it will never end. :frowning:

For most I have to manually assign the correct materials on the messed up LODs, but some can be fixed by re-generating the LODs. I havent found anything really consistent about any of it though.

Side note; whats with the awful default lighting in the model preview window in 4.18?
