Mixing 360 video with CGI VR gaming - Google Cardboard

I need some advice! I am about to start on a project to build a small VR world into which I want to embed 360 video. The user will then explore the world and launch the 360 videos. Eventually the 360 content will be loaded at runtime based on e.g. a JSON file that populates distinct nodes with the personalised content.

Can I do this in Unreal for Google Cardboard?
