Metahuman renders in the form of cubes, while everything else in the scene renders fine

Metahuman renders in the form of cubes, while everything else in the scene renders fine.

My render settings:

I tired to render my sequence like jpg sequence without Path Tracer and it was fine. I think the problem in these two export options (exr format and Path Tracer).

My PC: MSI, 13th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i7-13620H 2.40 GHz, 16.0 GB, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 8 GB.
