MetaHuman, how i download the metahuman i create?

I create a metahuman , but i can’t find how to export him to UE 4 so i can animate him

Use quixel bridge, it’s in the MyMetaHumans category there.

Using ue5. I see the character in the bridge. Click download and the spinner just keeps. Does not download.
