Metahuman face animation sequences

Hello, when using animations for the face component in level sequences- one cannot move the animation along the timeline easily. To fix this I’ve been baking the face component to animation sequences- however doing this bakes keys to every frame, making the animations heavier.

Is there a way to bake these animations and preserve the existing keyframes?
Or perhaps a way to import control board fbx animations as animation sequences?
