How can I change the account in Creator? I didn´t find a logout link for the actual account.

Did you ever find a solution to this? My meta human is not showing up in my creations.

No, but you can try accessing another account using a different Browser. Maybe cleaning the cookies of the same browser.
you need to signout quixel bridge in your browser
