Mesh rotate problem when packaged to win64

Hi, i have a released, fine working android/ios game.
I tried to package to windows, but run into a problem/bug.
As you can see in the videos, i have a maze mesh, what rotating (user can switch rotate direction) with dynamic speed.
In the windows package the mesh rotate few angle and the rotating switch axis somehow. There is no any lock or limitation on the rotating.
The other interesting thing, this problem not show up when i test in unreal engine or run a screen record on windows packaged project.

Any idea?
