Mesh decals not rendering properly with RTX shadows

Getting rendering issues with mesh decals in RTX mode in 4.25 (screenshots attached).
With surface domain/opacity masked material and RTX shadows off, it looks as expected (only for skylight, directional light shadows doesn’t seem to affect this).
But with RTX shadows on there’s incorrect rendering (tried with both translucent decal material and surface masked material). The shader is set up exactly as outlined in the “Using mesh decals” page in documentation. (https://docs.unrealengine.com/en-US/…als/index.html)
Cast ray tracing shadow in the material properties doesn’t seem to affect this either. Dbuffer decals is turned on for the project.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Same thing is also happening to the test files provided in the documentation page.
