Memory based crash messages & 100% GPU usage

1: Hi guys so when building HLOD’s I get the above error ^ Gets to around 48%,
2: I’m also getting a crash when packaging, I think its related to the same issue.
3: Also having an issue when I try to merge many meshes it crashes.
4: 100% GPU usage, no matter how much I balance out Lumen etc… Really tedious. Feels like something external… (Most of the lag hits home when I approach inside of the town (which is the reason for the merge above ^ however even out side where there is only some tree meshes it’s not exactly performing optimally.)

Recently upgraded my Ram to 64gb sporting a Geforce RTX 2060 Super 8b Vram
