Megascans in Open Source project via GitHub organization?

I want to Open Source an Unreal Engine project.

The project contains Megascan assets.

Am I allowed to distribute this project via the Epic Games GitHub organization?

If not, is there some other way I’m allowed to Open Source the project?

You’ll have to make sure that only those who’ve signed the UE EULA would be able to get the assets
