Media Texture video playback too fast in sequencer render output

i had same problem and solved. Problem is because temporal and spatial samples in movie config. If temporal and spatial is 1 media playsd back normal speed in render. But if you need temporal or spatial samples enable Electra Player Plugin then videotexture is rendering normal speed.
