Matinee Render Elongates SceneCapture2D

I have a scene capture 2d component that’s outputing to a 1024x1024 render target, when I play my matinee sequence in game it looks like this (ignore the dog):

When I render the matinee to an avi it looks like this:

Thank you for your report. This particular problem has been reported and is currently fixed in 4.7, you can test in Preview 4. I would not suggest upgrading just yet but if you want to test it make sure that you only Open a Copy of your project if you Convert in Place you cannot go back again.
