Matinee movie record dropping frames in media textures

I have a scene with several movies playing on large video walls. I have a camera set up with an associated Matinee that flies around the room - pretty basic. However with all the videos playing, I’m unable to capture real-time to video and get a smooth frame-rate.

So today I discovered the ‘Movie’ button in Matinee, and I thought this would solve everything. But the result is that while I might get a smooth frame-rate on the fly-thru, the videos on the walls all look sped up 3X or more.

I have determined that this is being caused due to the fact that Unreal is taking 2 or 3 times longer to render a frame (at 60fps to video), but the movies being applied to the media textures are not advancing frame-by-frame during the video render to file, but instead continuing to advance in real-time.

Is there any way to sync them up?
