Material looks dirty when it is not

Hello Guys,

I am experience porblem with the final porduction quality render.

Basically the higher i go with the lightmap settings the worst it looks.

I have a few images attached so you can see what i am talking about.

I am basically doing what koola said in his thread I modify the lighmap.ini setting as well with these values:

[DevOptions.StaticLightingProductionQuality]
NumShadowRaysScale=32
NumPenumbraShadowRaysScale=64
ApproximateHighResTexelsPerMaxTransitionDistanceScale=9
MinDistanceFieldUpsampleFactor=7
NumHemisphereSamplesScale=64
NumImportanceSearchPhotonsScale=6
NumDirectPhotonsScale=32
DirectPhotonSearchDistanceScale=.5
NumIndirectPhotonPathsScale=32
NumIndirectPhotonsScale=64
NumIndirectIrradiancePhotonsScale=32
RecordRadiusScaleScale=.45
InterpolationMaxAngleScale=.75
IrradianceCacheSmoothFactor=.75
NumAdaptiveRefinementLevels=3
AdaptiveBrightnessThresholdScale=.25
AdaptiveFirstBouncePhotonConeAngleScale=2.5

I normally change the lightmap quality in the overrriden light map res as you can see in the picture attached.

another thing i am concern about is if it is normal to go that high with the light intensity valius.

If i go as low as koola did the scene is so dark.

i hope you guys can help me,

i normally have all the light map resolution to 1024 and going higher does not help.

Thanks
