Material is too bright on one object only

Hi all,

I have the basic wall material applied to my wall as well as the door frame (as well as many other objects).

The material looks too bright and white on the door frame and the door frame only.

The Doorframe has a second UV channel nicely done as well. In 3Ds Max I even did a Reset Xform and reset smoothing groups as well.

Not sure what’s wrong?

(I was going to post a screenshot but I think there is an issue with Epic’s server…or just my computer)
