Material before and after building lighting

This is how it looks like before the lighting is built:

Can someone please explain to me why this happenes? I tried changing the Light Map Resolution but it didn’t fix the problem.

I use Blender (If it matters)

Post a picture of your light map UVs, you can see it via the static mesh editor by clicking UV and changing the drop down to the second channel.

Hopefully you meant 2nd on the list and not channel 2 after channel 1

BTW I added the model unwrap

the spacing between thew UV islands are touching therefore they will bleed into each other. Also I recommend reading the documentation. Also this may be what you want but it appears all the normals are hard
