Would it be possible to let non subscribers gain access to certain tech demos on the marketplace like scifi hallway etc… for those of us who are not developers and just want to look at shiny stuff ?
Not without first paying for a subscription for a month($19), then canceling. After the month you will no longer be subscribed but can still download marketplace content.
Incorrect. You need an active subscription to download new marketplace content.
I was able to download the sci fi hallway and it was added after my subscription ended. Maybe it is different because it wasn’t made by epic?
You can continue to access the samples you got while subscribed. If you were able to download ShooterGame with UE 4.1, you can always come back and get 4.1’s ShooterGame even if your subscription has lapsed.
