hello everyone this is my first time on the forums. i used a program called makehuman to create a character model, i have already exported it into blender and it automatically comes with a skeletal system and skinned(i think). i need to know if i can just export it into ue4 as an fbx directly or do i have some extra work to do to get it to work in the engine. i personally want to use it as the game character. i can email my rig to anyone who is willing to help just so they can know the current situation
https://youtu.be/r986GDnpvXw I made a video about how to get characters to Unreal from Blender. Maybe it will help you. As long as your skeleton hierarchy doesn’t have ridiculous setup you are good to go. But you have a bit of work to do as shown in the video.
