MakeAnimationNode_TwoBoneIK

I need to move my character’s hand using mouse movement. I have created an animation blueprint. The only IK related node I could find to add was the MakeAnimationNode_TwoBoneIK. However, I cannot find anywhere where it is explained how to add the inputs ‘IKBone’ and ‘EffectorLocation’, or what to do with the output "AnimNodeTwoBoneIk’.
