Major - Creative Edit - Project corrupts if you place a custom prop in Creative edit

After placing a couple of custom props (that I made in UEFN) in Creative, I noticed that they didn’t show in UEFN, so that got me thinking something is wrong. I backed up the project, restarted UEFN and Creative, then went in to launch Creative and I would get the error below:

After that, the button to live edit was disabled:

After logging in (through the island icon >> log in), UEFN Crashed:

Note: I 've managed to recover and play again in Creative after doing this, so it’s not a showstopper situation. However, I haven’t attempted to do this process again so I don’t know if I was lucky or not.
