Major - Content Library - Access to selective Fortnite engine assets

This would be a game changer for me. The ability to have additional content from within the engine of Fortnite (Save the World, Battle Royale, Creative) that is not accessible from UEFN or the sample material/textures folder, would go a long way for us to find and utilize the following:

-Textures
-Materials
-Sounds
-Music
-Fortnite Skins
-Skyboxes

Some examples of textures are listed below. These are textures that we don’t have access to, unless used with the appropriate floor that they are associated with. The idea is that we have the material instead, and we can apply it to an edit layer in landscape tool, or in custom architecture pieces we create.

In order to not increase the project filesize, all the engine content could be stored in the content library, and we can directly search and download the asset for use in our project. This will ensure that any changes made to it by Epic will not affect the project in the future.

That is an interesting idea! Just to be clear - if you use an asset from the Content Library, it will increase download time for your project.

Yeah, that makes sense. It won’t be too many cases we use those anyway, just very necessary when we do use them.
