Major - Actors will distort heavily when attached to other Actors through the Sequencer

This bug is easy to explain and replicate.
When an actor is attached to another Skeletal Mesh through the Sequencer, the attached actor will move away from its location (which I’ve seen happen in UE4 I believe) and will also be resized really heavily, in some Actors this resizing cannot be fixed even after resetting the size.

How to replicate: Create a Sequencer with a Skeletal Mesh and any other type of actor, then through the Sequencer, attach this second actor to the skeletal mesh, the attached actor will be displaced and changed in size while still maintaining it’s numerical size.
