MainFrameActions: Packaging (Windows (64-bit)): RunUAT.bat ERROR: AutomationTool was unable to run successfully

I just started getting this error out of the blue. I really need help.
I’m using Blueprint only.
This error is coming up when I want to package the project for W-64bit and W-32bit with shipping and development build.

You can usually see this error when VS 2013 is not installed. To packaging the project for any platform, you should install VS 2013. And not matter, your project on C++ or on Blueprints. But if VS2013 already installed you need check environment variables in system path.

I have VS2013 installed, and the error just randomly poped up, before I have already made 4 packages. I fixed it by updating the project to 4.9…
