Low Quality Raytraced Distance Field Shadow Mode Missing in 4.20 4.21

A new RTDF mode was announced in March 2018 during the GDC talk with Fortnite. It was supposed to include a disabled subsurface scattering and a lower raymarching step count from 64 to 32. I’m wondering what happened to that?

I just watched that video and have the same question.
