Low Poly Stylized Rock Not Being Lit Correctly

Hello, I have been having an issue with this model it is a low poly stylized rock that I made in blender and exported as an FBX. I have made a UV map, spaced it out, and also I have significantly increased the size of the UV resolution. This is the result Also I have included one rock that has not been baked so you can see what it is supposed to look like.

do you have 2 uv layers? 1 for texture 1 for light?

Hi! You only want to Mark the seam of only 1 looped edge instead of doing it on every edge.
This way you create a top half and a bottom half for the UV map.

In the UV mapping options when you press U, you want to leave the Isle Margin as low as possible to you use the most available space in the UV map (the way you have it now, over 50% of the UV map is unused).

You also might want to create a second UV map for the Lightmap.
