Learning Blueprints can be difficult - and having a skilled Programmer on hand to help and ask questions to is a very wise decision - in my opinion. It can greatly accelerate your learning, and help you overcome some unforseen hurdles.
I’m a 3D Artist - so I can’t help in that respect. But if you have the resources to hire a Tutor, then that’s awesome, and a wise move. There are some very talented UE4 Programmers here on the forums. Hope you find the right teacher!
