Looking for best practices to teleport Actors tied with Physics Constraint

There are actors who do physical simulations tied together in a physics constraint.

And there’s a logic to teleport the actor to the original position when it crosses a particular boundary.

I found that when one of the actors bound by a physics constraint was teleported over the boundary, an explosive physical reaction occurred.

There may be a procedure to fix this, but I’m not sure where to start. I’m hoping you can help me.
