Looking for a Volumetric Light/Fog System with different, variable Density + moving speed of the Fog

I am looking for a solution, to use Volumetric Light/Fog System with different, variable Density and moving speed of the Fog for my Project.
I did dig the marketplace, Forum and Youtube, but so far I could not right make it out.
