Logic for orientation on make a Tablet / PC inside a game


I was wondering how approaches should I use to make an interactable item similar to a tablet/ipad, or PC inside UE.

If I was using Unity, I will use a specific camera that will be rendered in a texture inside the monitor/device, and all the logic of that device (UI, files, whatever) will be self-contained and in a running object far from the player action.
There are similare ways to do this on UE or I should go to another way?

Can it be done only with BP? Should I use preferable C++?

I am not searching for complete tutorials or people solving my stuff, just asking for some orientation :slight_smile:
