I’m having the same problem…
I didn’t have this problem in the first place, and I kept trying to solve other problems, so I’ve come this far.

The same error when I’m using Oculus Quest 2 with Nvidia CloudXR and when I’m launching a project it crashes SteamVR app and gives me this error.

Got the same issue when packaging my project (5.2.1). Everithing works fine until I enable HMD. Its an OpenXR (with handtrackings ON) project.
Did you guys find a solution for this ?

Apparently the Quest headsets don’t support visibility meshes. It’s unlikely they are the cause of any issues. Unreal is supposed to just keep working if it can’t create them, so the message itself should be safe to ignore.

If you have crashes or other issues, it’s likely they are caused by something else.
