Locking camera rotation.

Hi all, I have a situation here. I’m working on a third person game which features melee combat. What I want to do is when the player is in the attack stance and near an enemy, he can lock on to the enemy, when this happens, basically the camera should stop rotating on mouse movement, as I’m using the mouse axis movements to throw punches. I don’t want the camera to move at all when it’s locked on the target.
How do I go about doing that?

I wonder if you can access the camera or spring arm settings (probably need to cast to) and then flag on/off the “Use control rotation” option.
