Local position and rotationin relation to parent Actor vs. world position: retrieving and converting

Dear community, I am beginning to explore Unreal engine after some experience with Unity. At this moment, what I need to mimic the most from Unity is a way to get the local position (and rotation) of child Actors in relation to their parent Actors, as well as a way to convert from local to world position (and rotation) an vise-versa. After searching quite a bit, I am finding it difficult to locate the proper way of doing such things in Unreal, either with C++ (preferred) or Blueprints.

these are the names of the bleuprint nodes, C++ function should be very similar.
