Load/Unload stream Level does not show up when working on a function

I cant use the Load or Unload stream Level node inside of a function. Is that a kind of a bug? is there a way to use it nethertheless?

U cant put timer function in a normal function. Timer function like delay, timeline, any function that have a clock in upper right corner.
