out of no where it started happening when we changed the scale of the actors and compiled. the listen server ignores the blueprints newly saved scales. the clients see it just fine but the listen server shows the old scale of 10. scales of each actor should be 7.5 and 10.
I created a new actor and everything seems to be proper. I dont believe it is a bugged blueprint. I believe that it was setting the scale of a radial force as each meshes parent instead of changing its radius
nevermind. its a bug. maybe a duplicated actor bug. not sure they are not children so no parent or master class should be messing with anything. new actors are the solution for us so far
