How can I link the Unreal Editor time to a specific time (frame number) I set in a Sequencer/LevelSequence?
I’ve imported an animated asset (an alembic import of type geometry cache); it’s about 200 frames long; and I’ve added that asset to my level sequence in the Sequencer tab. The animation plays back in PIE and renders correctly from the Sequencer’s render panel controls. But I can’t figure out how to display an arbitrary time/frame in the Editor when it’s not in game play mode. Ideally, scrubbing or setting a discrete frame number in the Sequencer would set the Editor’s “time.”
I’ve googled, searched, and tried all toggles and settings that look promising to no avail. Suggestions?
