LineTrace not working with complex collision


I’ve made a simple door frame I want my character to walk through and shoot through (when the door is open). Initially, I was not even able to walk through the door frame, but I have resolved that by setting collision complexity to “Use Complex Collision As Simple” in my static mesh properties. While this helped with Walking through the open door frame, it still does not help with shooting through it.

I am using LineTraceForObjects node, and despite having “Trace Complex” checkbox enabled, the LineTrace is always stopped by the simple, box collision :frowning:
