The system used has worked before with a door system, but it doesn’t seem to work with detect an enemy character.
The player is calling the hit interface on themselves:
Pull a pin from the ‘hit actor’ part of the breakout, and then search for ‘hit’.

The above is probably the best explanation - use Context Sensitive search - if you drag a wire, you’ll call the right thing.
