Lighting Bug - Walk away and come back

So I’m making a game with dynamic sun and full dynamic lighting due to being able to build your own base and install lights etc.
I have this odd bug where the lighting looks fine, until you walk away and come back. At that point the lights shine through the walls. I am clueless as to what is causing this and it doesn’t seem to be something I’m doing but I may be wrong.
The world is using streamed levels but I’m not walking far enough away for anything to be culled…
Any help would be appreciated :slight_smile:

The only way to get the light back to normal ie The first pic, is to recompile the light bp inside the house.
This error also occurs inside the editor if I fly away from the light.
