Lighing Build stuck at certain percentage


I have baked my scene for over 10 times now without a problem but today it suddenly stopped working.
It is rendering at preview quality and stays at 99% forever.

I tried narrowing the problem down by gradually removing meshes and rebuilding each time and have seen that the percentage which it gets stuck at changes.
I went to the point to where I only had a landscape and no meshes and it still gets stuck at 50%

I have checked all of my meshes and their light map resolution is 64 which isn’t high.
I have also made a new map and tried baking it and it works fine, so the problem is related to my scene.

edit: I have tried restarting my PC and now it freezes my entice PC every time.

I’m using unreal engine 4.16
