Licence on github for game

I am building a game on UE4 and want to release the project files on github (this includes virtually everything in a project folder). Obviously the project folder does not include the engine source code and pretty much the source code of the game is useless without the engine source code.

I was thinking in utilizing a BSD licence with non-commercial clause along with copyright notice. Is there any other licence that I need to place in the README? I am using some of the starter content form UE4.

Also I am not really fixed on BSD, so if you have alternatives that include a non-commercial clause that are compatible with UE4 please let me know. I know creative commons are incompatible with UE4 EULA.
