Level Streaming issue

It seems every tut including UE4 Documentation is outdated w.r.t. how Level Streaming works inside 4.15. My menus and items in Editor don’t match up against any of these sources. Can someone direct me to something current that walks me through? One tut places a Triggervolume in Persistent, another places a LevelStreamingVolume in a Sublevel. The elements inside prescribed nodes in Blueprint Editor also don’t match up. Much appreciated!
