Level Building For Scalability (Reflection Captures and Lightmaps)

For level building, should I still build out lighting and capture reflections for use in high end devices? Or will those still be in memory for my low and mid-range devices? Ideally, I’d like to support two “versions” of the game - one where I more or less fake everything I possibly can to get it running and another where I effectively go “console quality” (ik ik). I don’t want those reflection captures or lightmaps to be used on my low end devices (where I’ll be faking it hard), though. Will I need to build out separate maps ala DiscJam ?
