Lengthen the time between animation transition

I have two animations for a stick, a wiggling animation and a lay dead animation. Unreal has made very nice transition from wiggling animation to lay dead. However, the transition time is too short. How do i lengthen the time for it so that it doesnt appear disruptive?

How are you transitioning from one to the other?
