So I was downloading 4.16 binary but had to put PC to hibernation for short time then I resumed it. It went all fine upto the last megabyte where it got stuck.
It still says downloading but that last megabyte keeps fluctuating , please see this video to understand
Its stuck downloading that last megabyte for about an hour, at that rate I suppose it’d have downloaded a few hundred MBs by now.
