Large squares of shadows in Lightmap

Welcome all! And I wish you not virtual health! I have a question about applying shadows. In my scene, when I add Rectlight, scattered squares appear on all surfaces. Tried setting up directlight, postprocess, skylight
by quality . Everything is useless. When I remove the rectligh and the room gets nice, regular shadows.

How can you remove these artifacts without removing the rectlight?

I don’t know if it’s right or not. But changed the rectlight type to static. The artifacts are gone. When there were artifacts, the sources were stationary.
