Landscape with polygons nearby and photo/prerender in the distance

Hi, sorry if I am asking something pretty obvious. I am new with Unreal Engine. We want to create a VR games for Oculus Quest 2 with photorealism for landscapes.
The landscapes should be 3d nearby but, in order to reduce stress on mobile hardware, we want at certain point to be pre-rendered without any polygon. Something similar to what Google Seurat used to do. Is there any tool/way/recommendation/suggestions in order to achieve this automatically?

Basically the VR player cannot move freely but he is almost static with a movement of max 1.5m x 1.5m on this platform.
