I am trying to get a correct look for a landscape, that I am creating with the editor. The problem is: when I try to paint the levelmesh, with the layer weight blend mode, then the textures looks so crappy and “flat”, like there was no normal map assigned ( I even tried to use original UE4 materials for this one ) , when I use the layer non-blend mode, then it looks the same - looks very artificial, moreover there is no option to assign the normal map to each material, this sucks so hard…
Are there any other ways of painting / texturing the levelmeshes ?
Can I bake the texture map of my landscape, export it to photoshop and then import texture back after it’s prepared in external program ?
