Landscape Layer Blend Material issue in Unreal 4.26.1


'm trying to create a Landscape Layer Blend Material in UE 4.26.1 and for some reason, all target layers show a Material that is NOT referenced the Material… It feels like a bug, but I can’t find any similar issue when searching online… has anyone come across this issue?

Notice that both materials are grass, yet the target layers show a soil material.
