Landscape Component Material Bug?

Hi, sorry if this has been asked already.

This problem is only visible in the area shown in the video and photos, I’ve rebuild lighting, landscape, texture streaming, changed lighting and material quality, and adjusted scalability settings.

The optimization view mode of shader complexity reveals a similarity, but I’m unsure of its significance.
